ORDER
Seeking to transfer the case in Crime No.86 of 2013 on the
file of the respondent police to some other agency, the petitioner
has come up with this petition.

2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is taken in the right direction and already three accused have been arrested and some of the stolen articles have been recovered. Yet another accused is to be arrested and some of the materials are to be recovered.
