ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn however, with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies before the trial Court by filing appropriate petition raising objection in respect of the maintenance claimed by the respondent herein and to raise all the points raised in this petition before the trial Court. It is further directed that the trial Court shall not insist for the appearance of the petitioners for all hearings, unless, their presence is essentially required, provided, they are represented by learned counsel. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
