PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2013 for considering the petitioner as Preferential Candidate as per G.O.Ms.No.266 School Education Department dated 18.10.2000 r/w O.Mu.No.9326/Aa4/04 dated 08.09.2004 in the process of promotion to the post of P.G.Assistant vacancy in the third respondent school within a time stipulated.

ORDER
The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition and to that effect he has also sent a letter dated 04-03-2013 to the Registry to post this writ petition for withdrawal.
