PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to hand over the entire Death Benefits of deceased A.Veeramani (CRO 8326) to the 4th respondent without settling the personal loan provided by the 3rd respondent to deceased A.Veeramani and also consequently direct the 3rd respondent to activate the petitioner's account with the 3rd respondent in the petitioner's Account No.1598101018226.
