ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioner, who was arrested on 06.06.2013 for offences punishable under Sections 354 and 506(i) of I.P.C. and Sections 7 & 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.200 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute between the parties, a case has been registered against the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has not implicated in this case. He would further submit that a false case has been foisted against him.
4.Heard the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the above submissions.

with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Special Court, (Mahila Court) Trichirappalli and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m until further orders.
