After elaborate argument and discussion, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners cite an order passed in M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2010 in W.P.(MD) No.2758 of 2010 and the same is extracted hereunder:-
"Since it is not in dispute that the petitioner College/KVK College of Education is not affiliated and not approved by the authorities under the NCTE Act, there will be an order of interim direction as prayed for and such direction will be subject to the final result in the writ petition."
