ORDER
After arguing this case and after going through the order of this Court passed in Cont.P.(MD).No.236 of 2009, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of challenging the present order of the respondent as observed in the contempt petition, the petitioner has come out with a Mandamus directing the respondent to pay pension to the petitioner. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to proceed as observed by this Court in the contempt petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
