This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to sanction Educational Loan to the petitioner's son, namely E.Infant Berwin for his B.E. Mechanical Engineering Course.

Heard Mr.Praabhakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.M.Vijayakumar, learned Counsel for the first respondent, Mr.C.Godwin, learned Counsel for the second respondent and Mr.V.Jeyapragash, learned Counsel for the third respondent.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4 . On instructions, the learned Counsel for the first respondent-Bank states that the petitioner can approach the Branch

Manager along with the copy of this order and submit a fresh Application Form and thereafter, the Branch Manager will do the needful and consider the claim of the petitioner on merits for grant of Educational Loan in accordance with the guidelines issued from time to time.

Recording the submissions of the learned Counsel for the first respondent-Bank, the petitioner is directed to approach the Branch Manager along with the copy of this order and submit a fresh Application Form and on receipt of such Application Form from the petitioner, the Branch Manager of the first respondent-Bank shall consider the claim of the petitioner on merits for grant of Educational Loan in accordance with the guidelines issued from time to time.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
