The writ petition is filed by the Panchayat for the
following reliefs:
i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 request without any delay.
ii) Issue such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
iii) Issue necessary directions to the respondents to fill up the vacancies of the Assistant Engineer, Assistant Secretary and the Village Extension Officer in the Panchayat.
