On 23.02.2022, an order was passed directing the 2nd respondent to
take up Ext.P2 and pass final orders.
Learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that Ext.P2 was
taken into consideration, and it has been decided to reinstate the petitioner
back.
The grievance of the petitioner is now redressed by the orders of the 2nd respondent. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is
closed.
