It is brought to the notice that as per the order dated 11.03.2024, the petitioner has been promoted to Accounts OfÏcer in the ofÏce of the Legal Advisor and Disciplinary Enquiry OfÏcer.

¶16

The counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the date of giving effect to the promotion, the petitioner has some grievances.

¶17

Considering the above facts, I am of the considered opinion that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondents pointing out the same, and if such representation is filed, the respondents shall take into consideration the grievances and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months.
