By Ext.P10 judgment the writ petition was disposed of recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader that the complaint submitted by the petitioner is pending before the District Collector and appropriate steps will be taken on the same. The grievance now raised by the petitioner is that since no time limit has been fixed in Ext.P10 judgment no action has been taken on the complaint preferred.
