JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P4 communication and Ext.P5 report and also for a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider Ext.P3 application submitted by it for demarcation of the boundaries and issue location sketch of the property with measurements within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The petitioner submits that the reasons stated in Exts.P4 and P5 are absolutely arbitrary and unjust.
In view of the above said submission, there will be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to finalise the request made by the petitioner in Ext.P3, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, with notice to the petitioner and any other affected parties. To facilitate reconsideration of Ext.P3 request submitted by the petitioner, Exts.P4 and P5 communications are set aside.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
