The vehicle belonging to the petitioner has been seized, on allegation that there is violation of the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 application before the 1st respondent, which is evidenced by Ext.P4 receipt. The petitioner seeks early disposal of Ext.P3.
In view of the limited prayer sought for, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
