JUDGMENT

The petitioners are working as Anganwadi workers on
daily wages. They have claimed that they have priority in the
selection of permanent post. The 2nd respondent issued Ext.P1 Circular dated 3.2.2023 to prepare the priority list of Anganwadi workers/helpers. Aggrieved by Ext.P1, the petitioners filed a detailed representation (Ext.P2) before the 2nd respondent on 8.2.2023. It is submitted that there are vacancies under respondent Nos.3 and 4 and more vacancies are due to arise in 2024 due to the retirement of Anganwadi workers.
