This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the
following relief:
“(i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction and thereby command the respondent corporation to allow the petitioner to participate in the public auction for collecting parking fee from Sanghumugham parking area scheduled to be held on 14.02.2014 and 15.02.2014 as per Ext.P1 auction notice after accepting Ext.P2 bank guarantee issued by the bank produced by the petitioner instead of solvency certificate.”
