J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-
“i) To declare that the petitioner is entitled to get the benefit of Rule 8 of part II of KS & SSR and to get repatriated to his parent Department (Civil Judicial Department) as process Server;
ii) To direct the respondents to pass orders repatriating the petitioner from the post of LD Clerk in Panchayat Department to the office of the Process Server in Civil Judicial Department with all consequential/resultant benefits on the basis of Rule VII of part II of KS & SSR;
iii) To direct the 2nd respondent to refrain from issuing order confirming the service of the petitioner as Lower Division Clerk in Panchayath Department under Rule 24 of Part II of KS & SSR;
iv) To direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9 representation submitted by the petitioner.”
