Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for

respondents 1 to 3. In view of the order that is proposed

to be issued, notice to respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

The petitioners are Lab Assistants in the 4^th respondent school. They were Peons who got

¶33

appointment as Lab Assistants in 1999 but their approval

¶34

of appointment as Lab Assistants was granted only from 2023. Seeking notional approval as Lab Assistants from

¶35

1.6.1999, the petitioners have preferred Exts.P9 to P11

¶36

revision petitions before the 1^st respondent and they seek

¶37

early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to
