2 . Being aggrieved by the proposed special rule for the Pharmacy stream of Kerala Medical Education Service, which excludes MSc Biochemistry as a qualification for any post, petitioner has preferred Ext.P8 representation before the 1 st respondent and seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation after hearing the petitioner at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
