JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking permission to pay the amounts outstanding in instalments.

¶22

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that a sum of Rs. 9.5 Lakhs will be due by the end of the next month and the petitioner will be able to pay Rs. 4,00,000/- before the end of this month and the balance amount before the end of the next month.

In view of the submission made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- on or before 28.02.2023 and the balance oustanding loan amount on or before 31.03.2023. If the petitioner fails to comply with the above direction, the respondent is at liberty to proceed with coercive steps.
