Petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext P5 revision filed by the petitioners and to pass appropriate orders thereon.

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the 6^th respondent.

After hearing the parties on all sides, the above writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext P9 revision petition within a period of three months after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners as well as the 6^th respondent. It is seen that a stay petition has also been filed along with Ext P9 revision. Government may take up the stay petition and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till a decision is taken on the stay petition filed along with Ext P9 revision petition, the interim order granted by this Court will continue.

With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
