JUDGMENT
Going by the pleadings on record and the
efflux of more than 10 years, I am of the view
that this matter has become infructuous.
In the afore circumstances, I dismiss this
writ petition; however, leaving liberty to the
petitioner to seek a rehearing, if any further
orders are necessary.
