JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this Contempt Case, with liberty to approach this Court again, if so required.
Pleader, submitted that in terms of the order of this Court dated 13.04.2023, the Government has already released Rs.140 crores in favour of KSRTC to honour the pensionary benefits; while Ext.P2 representation filed by him has been disposed of.
Recording the afore submissions, I close this Contempt Case, with liberty being reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if so required in future.
