When this matter was called today, the learned counsel representing the learned Standing Counsel for KSRTC, submitted that the directions in the judgment have been fully complied with and Annexure-R1(A) order issued.

I notice from the statement filed on behalf of the respondent that Annexure-R1(A) order concludes the action against the petitioner; and obviously therefore, if he has any grievance left, it is for him to initiate apposite remedies, as per law.

In the afore circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed, recording the afore submissions of the respondent; however, leaving full liberty to the petitioner to initiate and pursue any remedy that he may obtain with respect to Annexure-R1(A) order; for which purpose, all contentions are left open.
