JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner is that the land tax in respect of his property covered by Ext. P1 sale deed is not accepted on account of the restriction imposed by the District Collector.

This Court in an identical case, by Ext. P5 judgment, has directed the 1^st respondent to consider the request of the petitioner therein de hors the order of the District Collector under Section 120A of the Kerala Land Reforms Act, without prejudice to proceedings, if any, contemplated against the property.

It is pertinent to note that the order of the District Collector under Section 120A of the Kerala Land Reforms Act is subsequent to Ext. P1 sale deed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned learned Government Pleader.

The petitioner shall make necessary application

before the 1^st respondent to accept the land tax within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The 1^st respondent shall consider the said application in the light of Ext. P5 judgment and in

accordance with law.
