JUDGMENT

The petitioner and the 4^th respondent are siblings

and their properties are lying contiguous. According to the petitioner, due to the mistake crept in the re-survey, wrong entries are made in the revenue records. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P9 application under Section 13A of the Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 before the 1^st respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P9 is not so far considered by the 1^st respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of Ext.P9 application, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider the same in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner
