JUDGMENT

¶24

The grievance of the petitioner is that the arrears of salary due to the petitioner is not being disbursed. The petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the salary which is pending from August, 2018 onwards. There is also a prayer for a direction to the 3 rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation within a time limit. The Government Pleader submits that it is a self financing College and it is for the respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the salary.

The writ petition is hence disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner after hearing the petitioner and issue necessary orders for disbursing the salary due to her within two months from the
