Petitioner is the intending transferee of the school management along with the property. Aggrieved by the rejection of the sanction by the Educational Authorities, the petitioner has preferred Ext P11 appeal before the 1^st respondent. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P11 appeal, after hearing the petitioner and respondents 6 to 8 at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The 1^st respondent shall also consider Ext.P11 (a) interlocutory application, after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 8 within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
