Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.

2 . The grievance of the petitioner is that the post of LG Arabic was not sanctioned during the period 2014-15 and 2015-16 and was sanctioned only from the period 2016-17. Aggrieved by the same, it is stated that the petitioner -Manager has preferred Ext.P3 revision on 28.07.2015 and the same has not been disposed of. The Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the revision has not been disposed of and that the Department has not been able to trace the file.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with copy of Ext.P3 revision within two weeks from today. On receipt of the representation the 1 st respondent shall consider

the same and pass orders on the revision after hearing the petitioner at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation and copy of the

revision petition.
