O R D E R
The wife came up so as to get transfer of O.P.No.674 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Pala to the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda. She is a permanent resident of Kodungallur. There is a distance of more than 100 Kms. from Kodungallur to Pala. As such, O.P.No.674 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Pala will stand withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda. Send the entire records forthwith to the transferee court. The parties shall appear before the transferee court on 18.07.2023 to proceed further in the matter.
Tr.P.C. will stand allowed accordingly.
