When this Original Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner had filed an Original Petition earlier, seeking the self-same reliefs, which was withdrawn by the petitioner subsequently.
2. In this matter also, the learned counsel for
the petitioner, after taking instructions, submits that the Original Petition is not pressed.
Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
