D. Sudhakaran. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that, I.A.No.13/2023 was dismissed, as could be seen from Ext.P5 order, only for the reason that the 2nd respondent herein was not amenable for mediation and therefore, there is nothing wrong or illegal in Ext.P5 order,
which dismissed I.A.No.12/2023. In such
circumstances, the learned counsel for the
petitioner submits that, this Original Petition is not pressed.
Accordingly, this Original Petition (Civil) is dismissed as not pressed.
