The learned Government Pleader – Sri.Jacob E. Simon submitted that Government has already issued an order saying that no equivalency is required, but that the proposal of the Manager has been received only now; and therefore, that respondent will require another three weeks time to comply with the directions in the judgment.
The afore is recorded and this Contempt of Court Case is closed; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to seek a rehearing, if no final orders are issued by the respondent on or before 17.03.2023.
