JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to accept petitioner as the lowest bidder and award the contract to petitioner.
ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 before finalizing the bid.
2. The dispute is with regard to the tender notice dated
09.10.2017 for supplying 110 cc scooters. It appears that the tender was
awarded to the competitive bidder, and no interim order was granted to the petitioner.
This writ petition is closed.
