This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the petitioner is entitled for approval to the appointment covered under Ext.P1, to quash
Ext.P2 order and for incidental reliefs.

opportunity of being heard, either physically or virtually, to the petitioner herein or his authorized representative and respondents 6 and 7.
b) Orders, as directed above, shall be passed expeditiously, in any event, within two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
c) It would be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition along with the judgment before the
concerned respondent for further action.
