The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent not to renew the licence of the 5th respondent under the Explosive Rules for storing explosives in the shed adjacent to his residential house without passing orders on Exhibit P6 objection filed by him.
In that view of the matter, I do not think, anything survives to be considered on the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
