The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a direction to respondents 4 and 5 to take appropriate proceedings to compensate
the petitioners from the bank guarantee amount furnished by respondents 1 to 3 in favour of respondent No.4.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
