JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents no. 1 to 4 to close down the poultry farm run by the 5th respondent forthwith.
b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to demolish the illegal construction carried out by the 5th respondent to run poultry farm.
c) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents no. 1 and 2 to take prompt action on the complaints submitted by the petitioner evidenced by Ext.P3 and P4 receipts and pass orders on the same without any further delay.
d) Issue such other appropriate writs, orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
Submission recorded, and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
