Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

Petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to measure and demarcate the lands of the petitioner in Survey No.1006/4-1 of Mulavoor Village, as per the boundaries in Ext.P1 sale deed.

Their grievance is that the action is getting delayed on the ground that revenue records are not available. The learned counsel relies on Ext.P8 judgment in W.P.(C) No.24944 of 2020 where, this Court has in similar circumstances directed the respondents to identify the land owned by the petitioners based on their title deeds. I do not find any reason to take a different view.

In the result this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4^th and 5^th respondents to measure and demarcate the land in Survey No.1006/4-1 in Mulavoor Village on the basis of title deeds and other documents. The petitioners shall approach

the respondents with copies and originals of the documents and also pay the necessary fee within two weeks from today. The respondents 4 and 5 shall take necessary steps to measure and demarcate the land in accordance with law with notice to the petitioners and other affected parties within three months from today.
