The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed Ext.P4 complaint but no action is being taken by the 3^rd respondent. It is submitted that properties which originally belonged to his predecessor in interest are now in the hands of respondents 5 & 6 on the basis of transfers, which according to the petitioner are not legal.

As it is not proper for this Court to enter into the merits of the dispute at this stage, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 complaint after hearing the petitioner and respondents 5 & 6, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
