Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 4.

2. In view of the order that I propose to pass, notice to the 5th
respondent is dispensed with.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that Exts.P2, P3 and P4
representations regarding re-measureing and fixing boundary between
his property and that of the 5th respondent, have not been disposed of
and the petitioner is put to much difficulties.

4. The writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to
consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation with notice to the
petitioner and the 5th respondent at the earliest at any rate within three
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The
representations pending before the 1st and 2nd respondents need not be
taken up at this stage.
