This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
(i) Call for records that led to Exhibit P- 6, 8, 9 & 15, P-16, and P- 17 and Exhibit P18 and may quash them;
(ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the respondents 1 to 3 to claim rent from the date on which the building No.4,5,6,7 of Kavumbhargom building complex were actually put in the possession of the petitioner in a usable condition.
the rent charged by the Municipality to the building occupied by the petitioner, today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he
has no instructions in the matter.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
