This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
(i) quashing Exhibit P9 order passed by the 2nd respondent directing closure of the retail shop at Building No. 14/1222(1), Kumarapuram within the limits of Thiruvananthapuram Corporation, by means of a writ of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction;
(ii) directing the respondents to make available a copy of the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Exhibit P6 appeal filed by the first petitioner, and granting reasonable time to the petitioners to challenge the said order before the appropriate court/authority/forum
(iii) granting such other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to grant in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interests of justice.
