JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the Tahsildar, Chengannur, respondent No.4, to effect correction of the description/status of his property comprised in Sy. No. 313/30 of Chengannur Village as ‘Purayidom’ (dry land) in the Basic Tax Register within a stipulated time period.
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no instructions are received from the legal heirs. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as abated.
