J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-
“i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or such other writ or order or direction directing the 1st respondent to issue a certificate of trade license for the period 2017-2018 in respect of the Company Leased Outlet, which is permitted to be operated by the petitioner on the strength of Ext.P1, forthwith, without referring to Ext.P11;
ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or such other writ or order or direction directing respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the operation of the Company Leased Outlet by the petitioner;
iii) Issue a writ of Certiorari or such other writ or order or direction quashing Ext.P11;
iv) Issue a writ of Mandamus or such other writ or order or direction directing the 1st respondent to accept Ext.P15 application for renewal of license for the year 2018 - 2019 and process it without considering Ext.P11 and without being influenced by the 2nd respondent.”
