This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the
following relief:-
“ i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondents to call for the records pertaining to Ext.P4 order and to quash the same. ”
for the petitioner, Sri. R. Sunilkumar submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
