J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following
reliefs:-
“(i) Issue a writ of certiorari or such other writ quashing Ext. P14 and P16 directions issued by the 2nd and 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent;
(ii) Prevent the 3rd respondent from interfering with the right of the petitioner over the property purchased by it under valid registered documents.”
petitioner Sri. K. V. Pavithran submitted that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous.
Placing on record the above submission, this writ petition is
dismissed as infructuous.
