JUDGMENT

The order dated 7.9.2020 of the 1^st respondent Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum directing the KSEB to effect electricity connection to the petitioner on payment of the cost of weather proof service line has been challenged in this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order of the CDRF has not been interpreted by the officers in the correct perspective as the contents of the order reveals that on payment of the amount of the weather proof service line the electricity department will provide connection as the petitioner has been brought under the Government Order dated 09.11.2016. Petition is directed to raise a demand on the respondent for electric connection on deposit of weather proof service line charges as per the order of the CGRF and the Electricity department will provide electricity within a period of 45 days thereof.
