Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following

reliefs:

I. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders of directions directing the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exhibits P2 to P5 as expeditiously as possible without any further delay. II. Declare that the 2^nd respondent has failed in his duty in not considering Exhibits P2 to P5 applications.

Noticing the aforementioned prayers, this Court on

6.7.2022 had passed the following order:

“Inter alia alleges that an application of the workers for being registered under Section 26A of the Headload workers Act is pending consideration as Assistant Labour Officer has extended the horizon of the consideration by calling the objections from the concerned Union. Despite having held two meetings and representation Ext.P8, no further headway has been made. Issue notice before admission. GP takes notice for respondents 1 and 2. Sri.S.Krishna Moorthy appears for the Board. Notice by speed post to respondent No.4. Post on 13.7.2022.”

Today the learned Government Pleader submits that the order has been passed on 30.6.2022 rejecting the application of the petitioner. Government Pleader is directed to supply the copy of the order to the counsel representing the petitioner. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforementioned order, in accordance with law.

Writ petition is ordered to be closed.
