JUDGMENT
Dated this the 25th day of March, 2022
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
(i) To issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records leading to the issuance of Exhibit P19 and quash the same.
(ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to issue licence and permit to the petitioner based on Exhibits P16 and P17 and permit the petitioner to operate his quarry in the property comprised in Re-sy No.195/1 in Vellilappilly Village in Meenachil Taluk, Kottayam District.
(iii) To grant such other reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit in the circumstances of this case.
